No doubt this is my best and favorite dish I enjoy almost everyday when I'm in Korea.
Some of you probably know what it is and where it is! haha yeah ,this is Buckwheat noodle, cold version as you see the cubes of ice are floting in the soup!
Noodles are chewy and give you fun for bite and broth is so good and (sweet spicy! sorry) that give you energy to beat the hot temperature during Summer!
Fried dumpling is a must too as side dish with Buckwheat noodle!
