💰 All-Inclusive Shipping Cost (DDU: Delivery Duty Unpaid)

 

The shipping fee you pay at checkout is a TOTAL, all-inclusive rate that covers the EMS (Korea Post) base freight charge, necessary fuel surcharges, and all handling/processing fees from MyNupi.

You will not be billed extra for shipping costs by MyNupi or our carrier (EMS) after your payment.

⚠️ Important Note on Customs and Import Taxes (DDU)

 

While the shipping fee paid to MyNupi is final, please be aware that International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes once the shipment reaches your destination country.

  • Customs Fees are NOT included in the shipping cost you pay to MyNupi.

  • These charges are levied by your country's government (Customs/Tax Authority) and are entirely the customer's responsibility.

  • MyNupi has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.

  • Refusal to pay duties/taxes: If you refuse to pay the required duties and the package is returned to us, any return shipping costs and original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

We strongly advise you to check with your local customs office before placing an order to determine potential charges.

  • Carrier: All international orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service), a trusted partner of Korea Post.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and handed over to the carrier within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Delivery Estimate: Delivery times vary significantly by destination and customs clearance, but generally range from 5 to 15 business days after shipment. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.
